Must either own the residence or provide proof of permission to have pets
Must be willing and able to provide proper care for your new pet

Be sure to complete all sections and questions. This will help ensure that your application is processed as quickly as possible.
Habitat for Cats believes in an adoption process that carefully matches the lifestyle and expectations of adopters with the needs of each animal. This helps pets remain in their new homes for the rest of their lives.
Our staff will ask potential adopters about their lifestyle, household, and what they're looking for, in order to suggest appropriate pets or determine a specific animal's suitability. A home visit may also be requested.
When you submit your application, you will see a message that your application has been saved.
